Indigenous Umpire Pathway Program

The Indigenous Coach Pathway Program (ICPP) provides 'ongoing' once-monthly mentoring sessions for aspiring First Nations coaches that are centred on the individual participant, and offers support and advocacy within their current netball environments. An Indigenous male coach in Dubbo joined us in 2022 as our first ICPP participant. ​
